Since we moved into our new premises just over four years ago, the patients list size has grown rapidly and is still increasing.  Inevitably, this has put a strain on both the appointment and telephone systems. Recent changes in medical manpower have also had an effect on our capacity to deliver the high quality care which we are renowned for.
