At all times great care is taken to ensure high standards of confidentiality are maintained. You have a right to access to your medical records, under the Data Protection Act 1998, although a fee of upto £50.00 may be charged.  If you wish to see your record please apply in writing to your GP or the Practice Manager

All our staff are trained to understand the need for confidentiality. Your permission is required to diclose any information to third parties (including family members), unless it is in your own interest, public health interest or we are required to do so by law.
