The practice welcomes any comments and suggestions you may have about the services we provide. We also like to know when we are getting things right. Such feedback helps us to make sure our service is continuously improving.

If you have a concern about the service we offer please do not hesitate to speak to our staff who will do their best to help you. If you would prefer to speak to someone outside of the practice you can contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at the Primary Care Trust on 01895 452111/452088/452089.

If you have wish to make a formal complaint,  please in the first instance write to the Practice Manager, who will look into your complaint and contact you in writing with details of the investigation carried out and outcome.  If following this initial process you are unhappy with they way your complaint was handled you can contact the address below:
